Winston Score History

The full picture

Forsys Metals Corp. is a Canadian uranium exploration and development company. It focuses on advancing its Norasa Uranium Project in Namibia, Africa, which combines two deposits — Valencia and Namibplaas — into one of the larger undeveloped uranium projects on the continent. Uranium is used as fuel for nuclear power plants, making utility companies and energy producers the eventual end customers.

Forsys does not yet produce or sell uranium, so it currently generates no revenue. The company funds its operations through equity financing, which means it regularly issues new shares to raise cash — a common but dilutive practice for pre-production mining companies. Its competitive position depends almost entirely on the Norasa project's economics and its ability to secure permits, financing, and a construction decision. The key risk is that uranium prices, permitting delays, or difficulty raising capital could prevent the project from ever reaching production, leaving shareholders with little to show for the investment.
