Beyond core banking, the corporation also delivers wealth and asset management services. These encompass the administration of trusts and estates, management of retirement and employee benefit plans, and general wealth advisory services. Further operations involve investing in both debt and equity securities, distributing third-party annuities and insurance policies, and issuing small balance unsecured loans, as well as secured loans primarily backed by vehicles and equipment. As of February 8, 2022, CNB Financial Corporation's operational network comprised a dedicated private banking division, three loan production offices, a single drive-up facility, and 45 full-service branches located across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and Virginia. The company was established in 1865 and is headquartered in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.
