Its extensive operations span Spain and a multitude of international markets. The company's comprehensive product line encompasses prescription drugs, generic alternatives, over-the-counter (OTC) remedies, nutritional supplements, infant formula, and various other health-related items. Among its diverse offerings are Actimag (a magnesium pidolate), the anti-allergic Bilaxten, the anti-infective Bronquidiazina CR, Claversal for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, the corticoid Dezacor, the anti-inflammatory Dolotren (also available as Dolotren Gel), Dynamogen (an anti-anorexic), Ferroprotina (an anti-anaemic), Hidroferol, Lipofen, Positon for dermatological conditions, strength-enhancing products such as Potenciator and Surmenalit, the laxative Pruina, the muscle relaxant and analgesic Robaxisal Compuesto, Trausan (a citicoline-based product), the venous vasoprotector Venosmil (and Venosmil Gel), and the anti-influenza medication Yendol. Furthermore, Faes Farma provides key active pharmaceutical ingredients, including Bilastine (an antihistamine molecule for allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and urticaria), Calcifediol for bone metabolism, Deflazacort for treating osteoarticular diseases, Hidrosmin for venous insufficiency, and Mesalazine for digestive problems. The firm also engages in significant export activities. Founded in 1933, Faes Farma, S.A. is headquartered in Leioa, Spain.
