Its diverse operations are categorized into several key segments. The Outlet Management division oversees the sale of food items, drinks, and tobacco, in addition to leasing commercial premises to food outlet tenants and providing support services such as cleaning, utilities, and management assistance to both its lessees and other coffee shop enterprises. Through its Food Retail segment, the company directly sells culinary products to consumers via an extensive chain of food stalls, restaurants, and bakeries. The Outlet Investment Business focuses on strategic property investments. Finally, the Others segment provides essential corporate services like management, financial, human resources, treasury, information technology, and administrative support. This segment is also involved in the production of cooked food preparations, the operation of central food processing facilities, and the wholesale trade of livestock, meats, poultry, eggs, and seafood. Furthermore, it manufactures and processes pre-mixed flours, seasonings, and spices. Kimly Limited was established in 1990.
