While headquartered in Sandy, Utah, its primary manufacturing and distribution operations are situated in Russia. Since October 19, 2020, Rafarma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has functioned as a subsidiary of R. & D. Biocogency Laboratories Inc. Ltd.
