Its main brands are Grosvenor Casinos, one of the largest casino chains in the United Kingdom, and Mecca Bingo, a well-known bingo club network. The company also operates digital gambling platforms under the same brand names.

Rank makes money by taking a cut of the bets placed at its physical venues and on its online platforms, which include casino games, slots, and bingo. It operates almost entirely in the UK and Spain, with roughly 50 casinos and dozens of bingo venues.
