The company organizes its operations into four core divisions: Consumer and Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Vehicle Finance, and Regional Banking and The Huntington Private Client Group (RBHPCG). The Consumer and Business Banking segment serves individual and small business clients with a wide array of financial products, including various types of accounts like checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit, in addition to credit cards, and both personal and small enterprise loans. This segment also provides investment products, home mortgages, insurance, interest rate risk protection, foreign exchange services, ATM access, and treasury management, all supported by convenient online, mobile, and telephone banking platforms. The Commercial Banking segment delivers specialized financial services to a diverse clientele, such as middle-market companies, government and public sector entities, and commercial real estate developers or REITs. It also extends tailored banking solutions to specific industries like healthcare, technology, telecommunications, franchise finance, sponsor finance, and global services. Further offerings within this segment include asset financing, capital formation strategies, sales and trading capabilities, corporate risk management tools, institutional banking support, and extensive treasury management services. The Vehicle Finance division arranges funding for consumers purchasing automobiles, light-duty trucks, recreational vehicles, and marine craft via franchised and other approved dealerships. It also supplies inventory financing to franchised dealerships for acquiring both new and pre-owned stock. Lastly, the Regional Banking and The Huntington Private Client Group (RBHPCG) provides private banking, wealth and investment management, and retirement planning services. Huntington Bancshares Incorporated was established in 1866 and is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
