Felix Nikolas Prehn, Economist and Editor. Felix is an economist and former investment banker. He sets the editorial rules, is responsible for every issue and signs each one.
Winston is the name of the desk system that assembles each day's material from the paper's own reporting: the markets edition, the metals brief, the earnings coverage and the price data. It is named after Felix's adopted golden retriever.
What the paper covers
Bonds and stocks, oil, the Fed and the banks, trade, gold and silver, and the company earnings covered that day. Every issue is dated to the trading day it covers and carries the editor's byline.

Ownership and funding
Winston Daily is published by Skillset Solutions FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Felix Prehn is its founder.
The paper is paid for by reader subscriptions to the Winston Daily app. It carries no advertising and no sponsored content, and it takes no payment from any company it writes about.
How an issue is made
The desk system drafts each issue from the day’s material. Every draft must pass the editorial checks set out in the editorial standards: plain language, sentence rhythm, a check for stock phrases, and a figures check that rejects any number not found in the source material. Nothing reaches the page from outside that material.
Issues written for earlier trading days say so on the page: the issue date is the trading day it covers, and the page records when it was published.
